P-LIGHT Troubleshooting
To facilitate troubleshooting of P-LIGHT, we have a debugging protocol that shows and tells you what to check to easily find what the error is and whether it is P-LIGHT that is causing the problem.
A recommendation is that you use and fill out the debugging protocol before contacting support, which will make it easier for us to find the problem.
